Case Based Reasoning is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) technique whereby the end-user is required to work through a significant number of work-related cases in order to learn how to respond effectively to various situations. The learner is assisted by a Virtual Tutor who's extensive knowledge base, resulting from an amalgamation of previously seen cases, allows it to detect, prevent and correct errors committed by the learner.
